I appreciate his soft skills because I actively approach my preventive care with sincerity. Making sure that l record and know my numbers. For example, A1C, cholesterol levels & blood pressure.
Dr. Leader and staff are caring and friendly. I'm a long time patient here. I feel I am being heard and not dismissed. A truly good feeling in today's world. Reception team is just AWESOME....smiling, friendly and professional.
