If I could rate 10 stars, i would ! I found his services to be that GOOD ! I was referred to Rich for a property purchase and only met him in person at the closing. As a licensed real estate agent I am familiar with, and deal with a lot of different attorneys while servicing my clients. I always personally recommend Richard if my clients do not have an attorney for their real estate transaction. He is thorough and knows what he is talking about. What I appreciate most, however, is his prompt follow-up as he always personally returns my call even if it a matter that his assistant can follow up with! That's what I call "great service"!
