If I could rate 10 stars, i would ! I found his services to be that GOOD ! I was referred to Rich for a property purchase and only met him in person at the closing. But he is the REAL DEAL and was nothing short of extraordinary during what became an ordeal in first dealing with Dime Bank (THEY ARE HORRIBLE) . As a licensed real estate agent I am familiar with, and deal with a lot of different attorneys while servicing my clients. I always personally recommend Richard if my clients do not have an attorney for their real estate transaction. He is thorough and knows what he is talking about. What I appreciate most, however, is his prompt follow-up as he always personally returns my call even if it a matter that his assistant can follow up with! That's what I call "great service"!
