I hired Mr. Russell for an adoption. I explained to him that I was on deadline due to the judges orders. I had an appt on Thursday and he stated he would have it done and sent by Monday. That never happened, so Tuesday I call and email and he States it will be done by the end of the day and he will email me a copy. That never happened, now it's Wednesday and he says he's gonna get too it today. Mind you I already paid $675 down.
