Had a spinal fusion one year ago and have been in worse pain then before surgery, I’ve told him and his staff for the last 6 months and nothing gets done, no ideas on what he could do to fix it, He did not even see me until 3 months post op until I demanded to see him because the pain I was in. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor. Now I am having to go Dallas to have someone hopefully fix my back.

Should have gone to the Carroll Clinic first. Took two surgeries by another doctor to fix what he did to me. I trusted the Google reviews. People should be warned he isn't a 5, even a 4 star surgeon.
Dr. Kern and his staff were amazing. I had ACDF surgery in August and my symptoms went away almost immediately. Dr. Kern was very professional and confident, highly recommend him to anyone needed this type of surgical intervention. Office staff was always courteous and prompt with anything I've needed. I specifically want to praise his NP Kara, she was one of the most pleasant, professional and empathetic Healthcare professionals I've ever seen. 5 stars.
