The best doctor. He is an amazing Doctor...saved my life.
the doctor is good but the office is possibly the worst phone system i have ever experienced in my life. just trying to get a hold of the woman who takes on new patients took almost two weeks of voicemails, calling and she’s never there, why do you only have one employee who can do this?? once i finally got an appointment the actual visit was fine. doctor ordered an MRI, i went and did it. now trying to call back to schedule the follow up has been another nightmare! calling to be put on hold for 1 hour just to be hung up on ... read more
Dr. Friedman performed my complete hysterectomy and is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and caring doctor and has quite literally saved my life! He and his staff are the absolute best and I am so grateful to have been referred to him!!!!

The worst experience getting the front desk to pickup the phone and help with either appointment or talking to a team member and even after longest time of waiting the phone gets disconnected many times in a row. I like dr friedman but he needs to have a look at his front desk crew to see how they're handling his patient.
