From what I heard Dr.Carpenter is the best but his reception is the absolute worst. They never answer and the one time they did they said "hello" and hung up immediately. You'd have better luck contacting the president. I'd recommend going up and trying to get anything done in person because over the phone doesn't exist.
Just called asked if a doctor was there the rep said no and hung up, not asked if I needed help or anything else, very unprofessional
