The office has poor filing skills and costed us money. We ended up paying bills that was covered by the insurance company, because the insurance company never received the information within the appropriate time period. The office stated they submitted the claims and the insurance company told us they received no claims. The office then told us that they submitted the claims but they have no records of doing so. I have been researching for dentists and have heard friends telling me that Dr Richard is a very nice and friendly person, and charges less than most. But they also told me that a filling he put in fell out within a year--he did put one in again with no charge. And he has been very good with routine check-ups and cleaning.
He is very rude, He did fillings on me and 3 fell out he use the black filling and I said no I want the white He did the black anyway he said they say better and their cheaper, well they didn't stay better they fell out with in a year each.And He did a PORE job on my crown!! This place deserves no star, His receptionist is also very RUDE.
