Richard Kulas Painting did some work for us a couple of years ago and we were very satisfied. Believe me, there are many painters in Bay City to choose from and he did an excellent job. He was very detail-oriented and offered some good advice as far as colors & brand of paint. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
