My husband and I both have newer Tahoes and have taken them here several times without issue. I have been calling for 3 days attempting to get basic pricing on routine service and nobody has an answer. They either just do scheduling, are an advisor and the price sheet isn’t clear and transfer me again, it’s an automated text service… the list goes on. This should be simple. Customer service is free. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
It was a very pleasant experience. My appointment was at 1:00 pm and I was out at 1:30 pm. There was a nice clean waiting area with refreshments available.
Katherine was very friendly and very professional huge turn around from my last experience very pleased
As good a job that was done it takes way to long. First time for a oil change and tire rotation took 4 hrs. 2nd time for the same took 2/1/2 hrs. when one doesn't have the resources to drop off and pick up makes it a bit annoying.
