Brought vehicle on for service. The service check in garage was blocked by several rows of new vehicles and there was no parking space nearby. Once my car was serviced I asked the person who gave me my keys where my vehicle might be. Her response was it was out there somewhere. No attention to customer service like it used to.
Had an appointment to have my truck brought in at 9:15. Dropped it off for a service that should have taken an hour at most but was told it would take 2 hours or so. Not hearing anything by 3:30 I decided to go back to the dealership to see what was up. When I got there, I noticed my truck hadn’t even been moved. I asked if the work had been completed and they said no. Their appointments don’t mean anything and will waste your time. Take your business somewhere else.
