4.5 ⭐️ Work looks amazing. Communication was a breeze with choice via text or phone call. Donnie was pretty good at communicating updates after an initial delay caused the job to take longer than initially planned, but could have been longer. Our vehicle had unique features that needed inspection . I would definitely use Richard Karr again.
This place is a nightmare for other businesses. They were fast, friendly. They brought my car back to beautiful after the “professional” transporter tore it up. If you want great service, go see Richard Karr Collision!
