I was very pleased with the service I received at the Body Shop. Matthew Espinosa is an asset to this department. He provided excellent information, seamless interface with insurance, and on time service. The work done in the shop was perfect. This is the best service I have ever received at this dealership.
I brought my car to Richard Carr Collision after the June 15 flooding with damage that included missing underbody/skid panels, front bumper damage, missing side panels, and alignment concerns. I clearly communicated these issues when dropping the vehicle off and expected the shop to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and identify any additional flood-related damage that should be addressed as part of the insurance claim.
