My truck took 6 months to resolve the replacement of the radio and dashboard. I have never been more frustrated with a company of this magnitude.
Workmanship looks good. Only 4 stars because I thought it was a little slow but part of that was the insurance company's falt.The peason with Richard Karr handling my case Was Larry and I thought he did a great job looking after my best interest. Would use them again .
No form of communication whatsoever, was told 10 days at most and had it 30, and there isn't no telling how many more days if we wouldn't of called regularly to check in..Richard collision center sucks. Well at least Larry K. Communication skills.
They were great! So helpful, gave us lots of updates, finished quickly and did a wonderful job. Hopefully we won’t have another accident, but if we do, this is where we will go!
