I took my truck into Richard Karr Collision due to a "parking lot" door ding on my truck bed. Mr. Berger did a great job coordinating the repair and keeping me updated. They had my truck in/out the next day. Not only did they fix the ding it went in for, they fixed another ding near it before painting the side of the bed. Looks fantastic!
4.5 ⭐️ Work looks amazing. Communication was a breeze with choice via text or phone call. Donnie was pretty good at communicating updates after an initial delay. It caused the job to take longer than initially planned. Our vehicle had unique features that needed inspection. I will definitely use Richard Karr again.
