Drove over an hour to get my New Cadillac checked out in the service department as I was instructed and made an appt to talk to the service advisor. When I got there I was basically told that everyone had already left for the day and could not be checked. I was very concerned about the transmission leaking on my vehicle but obviously the service advisor made the comment that it something happen and it breaks down that it’s under warranty NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR!!!! I don't know what all I want to say about this dealer, other than I don't recommend them. I knew before leaving the nest that GM products were for me for a couple reasons, but on the top of that list is the availability of parts, and services to help get me back on the road in the event of a disablement. And, for the past 48 years the manufacturer has done a pretty good job of that at many franchised dealers in places large and small.
