I am unsure who the blonde woman in the service department was, but was so rude that I chose to leave rather than deal with her at all. Train your people to be better! Shameful to come out and be a disrespectful jerk to a customer for no reason. Definitely NOT the service expected at Cadillac!
Our daughter purchased her first car from Ty Smith recently and it was hands down the most fun and professional car buying experience I’ve ever witnessed. Ty took the time to answer every question she had and kept the experience light and joyful. This dealership also made us a priority in their service department that day on a different issue.
