Our car was hit and totaled by a Geico insured driver. Geico attempted to low ball our vehicle value. I called Rich Jones State Farm, who is my insurance agent, for assistance. Rich had the claim process through State Farm instead, and we got a payout of $3000 more than Geico was offering. Who you insure with does make a difference!
