Very responsive.
Our house has a very steep, very long, driveway. Over the 40+ years we have lived here, we have tried countless snowplow services, usually having to call them back because we still couldn't get to the top of the hill or they didn't show up at all, then trying a different service the following year. Once we landed on Richard Jones, our problems were over. Richard and Team has always done a great job. He pays attention to detail. The team is professional and execute perfectly from beginning to end. This includes the time of the consultation until the job is complete. I would seriously consider hiring them .
