Richard is great - he knows what he is doing and I've used him for about 20 years. Never had to return after he fixed my cars. When Richard fixes it, it is fixed. He's honest, fair, and reasonable.
I called them to set an appointment and they were down right rude to me! I had talked to them about 3 months earlier and they were nice so I don't know what happened. I will NEVER recommend them! They asked me what was wrong with my car and I tried to tell them and they talked over me when I was trying to tell them they wouldn't listen to me They did that several times. Clearly one of the most reasonable, honest, cleanest, places to get your car fixed in East TN. This Garage is always busy. You HAVE to make an appointment to get your car fixed. Honestly I do not like to take my car anywhere else if I can get an appointment. This outfit is family run and has been consistent with it's service for years and years.
