Personnel were very warm and inviting. And they were located near the train station so you can walk there. It was SO much better than staying in a hotel.

The location is great in the historical downtown. It is so close to great places to visit. We stayed in the Loft which was great. The bed is in the upstairs so it is nice having the sitting area downstairs. The bathroom was roomy and shower pressure was fabulous. My only complaint was the toilet paper, lol. Staff is friendly and amazing. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend and come again.
