This is a wonderful place to take a mini vacation (or a long one). The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The room we stayed in (Sawyer) was extremely comfortable with both a shower and a HUGE claw tub. The breakfasts were beyond amazing! ...served at the giant dining room table. The courtyard is quaint and beautiful. Will DEFINATELY be staying there again. The history in the local area (much of it in walking distance) is just icing on the cake with guided historical trolley rides literally across the street. ... read more

Great stay in Fredericksburg. Location in the hear of the city. Walk to everything. Went with our dog and gave them 5 bones on Bring Fido. So welcoming. Dog rooms off the courtyard. You can sit out with your pooch. Room was large, clean and comfortable with plenty of room and great bedding. Staff went above and beyond. Thanks Liz!
