Still waiting for a response to a moderately urgent medical request made about 2 weeks ago. Also, when I requested copies of my medical records last year the staff was surprisingly rude to me, insisting they hadn't heard back from me even though I had screenshots of all my messages, and the supervisor who I reported this to said she would address this with them but this seems to not have happened as I still did not receive any response to this request and had to make a separate request and reached out to the specific doctor ... read more
I have some great doctors and can get seen easily! Not so thrilled about rising costs tho! Thx Mr President!
