I wish Mr. Ryder would have given me a chance to speak on my first phone call. Before I could finish saying that I am currently separated and seeking legal help, he quickly assumed I wanted legal advice via phone and said he had no time to waste. I told him I simply wanted an appointment, so we made one. Unfortunately, he made the next assumption that I would “waste” his time if I only wanted the free 30 min consultation, which I didn’t.
