The most, rude, ignorant office staff answering the phone that I have ever encountered. If I could give minus stars for a review I would. Clearly an uneducated, lazy person. Also, I never did get to see the doctor. Always his nursing staff. They were very nice - but they are not the doctor! I specifically asked to see the doctor to make it even more frustrating.
Worst front desk staff ever for years. Very rude & inconsiderate. You will always see the PA not the doctor. Time to find another PCP office.
Dr Valinotti is very professional, caring and attentive. He takes his time and does not rush you through just to get to the next patient. Sara the PA is the same way you get excellent care from the both of them. Office staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They always go out of their way to help me. Definitely recommend this practice.
