Long time client. Called and left message to get eye exam and 2pair glasses..no return call, then left a text message as suggested by phone menu. Over a week later and no response. No menu opportunity to talk to a person. Can only assume they don't care about a loyal customer. Shame on management.
I don't know what kind of training or magic these folks receive, but Smart Eye Care does the absolute best glasses adjustments on the planet. As all glasses wearers know, a good adjustment makes all the difference. Thanks Smart Eye Care for always getting the perfect fit!
I have had mainly good overall experiences with this office. Just one bad day but that happens at every place you go. They are all very friendly here and attentive. I take back my original review that I did when I was angry.
They don't answer the phone. They scheduled my appointment for months out and then cancelled it via text message due to my insurance. Weeks later they text me a new appointment date even though I didn't request one, and it's an additional 2 months out. Horrible service, go somewhere else.
From the wonderful care of Jessica Cunningham to Dr Quint the entire experience was extremely positive and I felt like my issues with my eyes were heard. For the first time in years I was fit correctly with contact lens that actually work! So pleased with the time and care they took to making sure I had the best experience I could. Also, great prices on contact lenses. The front office person, was extremely helpful with pricing! They go above and beyond!
