I contacted Smart Eye Care on June 4 due to an issue I was having with my left eye. I spoke with a wonderful woman who went above and beyond to assist me and set up with an appointment for the next day. She even contacted me the following morning to see how I was doing and adjusted my appointment so I would have a shorter wait time. After working in customer service for over 41 years, this was outstanding customer service and much appreciated!!
I have been going to Smart Eye care for the past 7 years! My prescription eyeglasses were broken and my prescription was over due. They were able to get me in the following day to have an eye exam and order new glasses! Thank you, Smart Eye care staff! I have been to Smart Eye Care several times. I have received the best Professional care from Dr.Quint She explained everything in detail with my many tests and helped me along with my eye problems. The technicians, Assistants and staff we're great too. Lets not forget the front desk, they were instrumental in helping me with my appointments, paperwork and eye care supplies too.
Dr. Quint and her staff are wonderful. Through, gentle and friendly.
