I've personally witnessed Richard talk down to his clients in court. He's also used unethical, and likely fabricated evidence in a hearing, which shows he's willing to cross the ethical line. He also seems to contradict himself a lot, and backtrack whenever a judge or master puts pressure on him, which doesn't look good.
