Don’t expect to be listened to. Caveat emptor
No one answers phone. They are incompetent. They can't even fax over a script correctly. They are rude especially one particular one the blonde older lady been working for years here . And the new lady in the front rude as well. The only thing good about this place is Liz ...Don't go here you will regret it.
Their phone system is a disaster. Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone in that office. I have been trying to resolve a simple problem with the insurance company and needed the office to help and have gotten no where. If I ran my company like this I wouldn't have had a company. I received one call back and was told to call back but that's not possible.
