Was a patient of dr Ruggueri for over 10 years. He is incredibly lazy and will not do one extra thing for you. I am very overweight. Asked to be put on zepbound. He agreed and when the PA was denied for further documentation instead of doing the leg work he told me I had to go to an endocrinologist???? I also had to ask twice for a lung screening test which he assured me would be denied by my insurance which it wasn’t. After I took the test, it took the office 3 weeks to give me the results. Best surgeon ever, cured my cancer, and has repaired multiple hernias, well-loved doctor very high ratings
If I could leave a -0 review I would. The front desk staff are rude and literally incompetent. My son’s records have been lost! His pediatrician has confirmation that they were sent twice and received, but Ruggieri’s office can’t seem to find them. Then they wanted him to make an appointment, so they could “look” at his immunization records and complete a form for school. He was immunized as an infant and doesn’t need another one. The office manager tried to tell me he “might” need to have that particular immunization again…... read more
