Horrible experience first time with Dr Reynolds, he couldn’t remember half the stuff we talked about. He had a scribe coming in to write everything down. Basically, I told him my back was hurt pretty bad. It’s been that way for a while. He said everybody’s back hurts which was not really a good thing I wanted to hear the next visit I came in. I have had a good experience with Dr. Reynolds, no complaints here
I met him yesterday very thorough. I like him .
Awful doctors and staff. They do not return calls, they do not answer the phone, you cant leave voicemails when they're closed. Seems like a scam. If you had a cancer diagnosis or something sitting on their desk, I'm sure they wouldnt even tell you and you'd find out later in life when it's too late for treatment.
