Sandra and karla they are very unprofessional and very rude. Along with others in the office they're lazy I called every day of this week trying to request information on my mother's case and every day they told me the person in charge of the case was not available, I was very upset I just want information and every time I call I dont get a call back and whenever I speak to someone such as karla and sandra they're very rude and short.
