Dr. LoCicero is a great Oncologist. When you have cancer the world fades away and you are just scared. I went to several Oncologist and they were more concerned about me losing my beautiful hair than talking to me about what I was going through and their treatment. I'm so glad I finally found Dr. LoCicero. I was 7 months pregnant and diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr Locicero pulled all of my mother’s pain meds in 2019 and spoke to her as if she was a drug seeker. He broke her heart that day as she had been his patient for almost 2 decades and 3 bouts of cancer. I was with her at this appointment. He dismissed her claims of immense pain because her labs were not showing any current cancer. What can I say? The ONLY reason I had to change Oncologists was bc I moved 300 miles away. Dr LoCicero & his team were always caring & they made my treatments & 'cancer time' bearable. I felt like he really cared about my well-being. At my last appt, I thanked him for saving my life, bc that's exactly what he did. That was in 2011 - it's now 2021 - I'm enjoying my "overtime" as my Dad would call it!
I believe he and his team saved my wifes life...No doubt about it. It was the toughest thing my wife and I have ever experienced, but she is still here...
Dr. LoCicero is a kind and intelligent man. He has a wonderful staff. Everyone at Longstreet has treated me and my family so well!
