Janice had represented me on a couple of matters if you’re looking for a strong woman who’s a force in the court room, but kind and understanding to your emotions while undergoing a very stressful situation . This is the person you want . She was always attention , honest, kind but also very realistic. Which I find important in matters that can really take a lot out of you. Highly recommend she’s a wonderful asset to have in the community
Retaining Janice Patz as my lawyer was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had a very complicated situation dealing with a Trust agreement which I knew nothing about. Janice asked for a couple of thousand dollars up front which I was happy to give her trusting what she said she could do for me regarding an estate of a family member. But, she literally read a couple of letters for me and answered one and never did anything else. I got a very tiny portion of the estate and she was nowhere to be found and was very unsupportive. Probate services Our dad passed away unexpectedly in August 2023. When trying to contact the lawyer who did his will, we found out the lawyer was retired, and no one knew where my dad's legal will was. No forwarding information was provided. Somehow, we were able to find Janice's name on a file. We contacted her and explained the situation. She said we were not the first ones to contact her-others were in the same situation.
