Nasty man. Terrible in presenting evidence to the court. Actually cursed at me during a court session break. (said, "fuck you") right to my face. When we returned to the court room, he was so nervous that I would tell the Judge. Next day he was totally a different person a Jekyll and Hyde person. Then he wanted to be fully paid. As I said he did NOT present all the pertinent documents to the court. The Judge said, "I can only rule on what is presented." So make sure ALL the information is presented to the court.
