He was an extremely kind, intelligent and understanding professional, but i felt that the scenario and protocol he had the authority to give in certain situations was deterred by an overload of patients that weren't willing to work with him, but i was, and i think if we had individual sessions with eachother, my mental hygiene would definitely improve, he did try to help me, but i don't know what's wrong with me, so it's hard for anyone else to. -jeff r.
