was a great experience for me. I'm from Washington and needed an emergency dental appointment. They were able to see me the next day for a consultation to figure out what was the problem and I had a full appointment in less than a week. They were polite and kind and worked really hard to make sure my insurance worked (it's a washington state company so it was a little funky getting it to work but it did in the long run).

First time I "met" him he just walked in the room, didn't introduce himself, smile or say hello just started probing around in my mouth. I was some how "assigned" to Dr Chen, who I did not trust after she sent me home with referrals after an x-ray showed an abscess. The orthodontist she referred me to immediately said it's an abscess, started antibiotics & it felt better in 2 days.

My children have had really bad experiences in the past that have brought on a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Today was their first visit at this office. What a great experience. They showed care, compassion, and patience with both my children. I am so happy to finally have found a family dentist.
