My son was evaluated by Edelson and when I received the report for services it had ANOTHER CHILD'S NAME in the report in 3 different places!!!! I did not take off work and pay out of pocked for an evaluation for "professionals" to copy and paste from another child's evaluation. Unacceptable practice! When I called to question, Mr. Edelson directly told me there's nothing they can do except have me come in so they "could convince me it was my son's results". So disappointing an unethical.
We have used Edelson & Associates for many years and they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and I highly recommend them to any parent of a child who struggles in school because of a learning difference.
Office staff with poor customer service. Cancelled appointments even after phone confirmation of appointment and payment source. Takes over 2 months to get appointment then show up to find appt cancelled. Staff member said she had to keep all slots full so next appt not for 2 more months. No regard for patient need and not willing to accept responsibility for their error. Will not recommend and will have school pull recommendation to this facility.
