Siempre hacen el procedimiento casi corriendo, porque reciben demasiados pacientes y la Asistente del Dr (Lisa), nada delicada a la hora de enjuagar el ojo. Le dicen a uno que no se toque fuerte, porque con la anestesia, no se siente y se puede uno lastimar y sin embargo, ella no tiene nada de cuidado, al menos conmigo.
The wait times are ridiculous, you wait to be called back, get your eye exam then sent to the waiting room, you get called for another test, then get sent back to the waiting room. After you see the dr, you get sent to the waiting room for your next appointment and they are not flexible in regard to the date. They tell you the date is selected in the back. I recommend Doctor Hwang and his excellent stuff
Dr Hwang is an amazing Dr but the staff is not good at all! Forget about you calling the office, you'll never speak to no one. You're forever caller #8 then she just puts you on hold with out asking you. I was on hold for 45 min before I hung up. Called again, same thing. Called again ... yep SAME THING! But yet while waiting in office you hear them all talking about recipes, who they did last night, what they will be "doing" later, etc. They are not professional.
My mom still has some vision after 18 wonderful years of care here. When Dr. Trubowitsch retired. we were super blessed to get Dr. Richard Hwang. Their staff is amazing! This is a very frightening diagnosis if you don't have a patient, highly skilled staff, treating individuals with eye disease and they do it with great compassion. We are grateful even traveling out of state. I highly recommend Dr. Hwang and his incredible staff.
