I had MALS surgery with Dr. Hsu over the summer of '22. Firstly, his staff are all excellent. They are incredibly friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable from the word go. They are very well versed in the issue and provide any explanation/reassurances you could possibly need or want- have questions? Ask them. They're happy to help. So kind and caring. Takes time to explain everything.
Dr. Hsu is a world class specialist and anybody can be happy to have him as a surgeon. This is a review of his office staff. I had a phone follow up consult with Dr. Hsu in June and I was offered surgery. I decided to still wait and delay surgery to see if I can improve my condition without taking the risk of a surgery. Nobody mentioned there is a fee for follow up consult and I believed it was included in the initial payment I made. I am from Connecticut and as am I weight loss unintentionally, Dr. Richard Hsu listening me and found right way my illness and did the right surgery to safe my life. I strongly recommend for my family, friends and any one else needs that. I am so gratefully for all his team too. Mara De Almeida.
