I do not recommend this builder. They cut down trees on our property line without our permission, displacing the natural fence we had between our home/yard and the new house they were building next door. We discussed this with the builder beforehand, and he said he would not cut down the trees. When they cut down the trees anyway, without our permission, they told us they would replace the trees with a privacy fence, which they did not.
