Dr. Hendershot and his entire staff are exceptional. I had believed I had been allergic to fish and seafood my whole life and had visited numerous allergists without satisfactory answers. However, Dr. Hendershot took the time to investigate my reactions thoroughly. He and his team are always available when I need them. I had an appointment for my son here and after showing up on time the office staff called and cancelled the appointment 2 minutes prior due to the doctor not being there. I guess they don't have any backup plans for when unforeseen things happen. This is disappointing. It is also frustrating because my wife took time off from work and drove a half hour to their office.
