Seth removed an old electric heat pump system and installed a new gas furnace and ac unit. The job included installing a new gas line, running a long length of wet lines and wiring, all done in a crawl space. Easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Richard Heating and AC.
Super fast response, affordable and very knowledgeable! Our furnace wasn't working correctly and we woke up to a cold house, thankfully he was able to squeeze us in and get our heat back on within hours of calling. He went over what the issue was, what he would recommend fixing, the costs and what to look out for. The pricing was very affordable and I'm grateful he took the time to explain what was going on rather than just fixing it and going on his way.
So after being ripped off by another local company, we decided to get a second opinion & I'm so glad we did. First off, when I called Richard Heating & AC late on a Sunday night expecting to hear a voice mailbox, the call was answered. My 80 year old mom's furnace went out on a very, very cold day. I told the owner of this company we would be okay for the night ( had heaters), so he arrived the very next morning even though I'm sure he already had a list of scheduled appointments. Would give them more stars if possible. Was very easy to deal with, reasonable price. Not there fault at all, but was problem ran into and I was squeezed backed in same day. Highly recommended, for any heating and cooling needs.
