When I tell you that I just starting going to Dr Hayes this year and how he has made a big change in my health. He and his staff cares about patient care. I have several health issues and since I saw how concerned he was about me, I made a big change in being compliant with my issues. I am so glad I chose Dr Hayes and his team. His nurses and entire staff are very professionally.
I have been a patient of Methodist medical group for a while. I have personally been a patient of Preston givens since I was 16. I am now about to be 34. Today I had to see this dr and in all the years I have been living has been the WORST experience ever. For one I have insomnia and have been having issues with sleeping for the last few years on and off. Dr Hayes is fairly new to me and to my daughter and after dealing many doctors that do not listen or validate concerns, I can tell you that he is a breath of fresh air. He listens, he cares, he takes time, he tries to figure out everything needed to help you. We drive over an hour now because we don’t want to give him up. He is stellar.
