Dr. Hayes is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring physician. I am 73 years old and he may be the best doctor I've ever had. I am most impressed by how he listens to me and has identified some concerning symptoms when I assumed they were unimportant. He has also diagnosed a hernia that a Florida physician said was just scar tissue. His office staff is very friendly and professional. I love that I usually get my lab results posted on the patient portal the same day and some results before I arrive home from my appointment. ... read more

I was literally in pain for over a week…I didn’t have no choice but to see Dr Hayes. This was probably the worst mistake I made to see another doctor. He was not good at all, I’m telling him my problems but he acted like he was not concerned at all. Told me he coming back to check something out for me to not coming back at all. He is a terrible doctor -0 rate for me. I will never see him again if I have to stay sick I will before I see him! First and last time!
If I could rate this doctor at a -100 I Would my sister is dying of brain and neck cancer. She's run out of medicine because of medicine they gave her is too strong and they took everything else away from her. We've been waiting 72 hours so far for him To call my sister back. I thought doctors took an oath to help patient and especially in my sister's case to at least make her comfortable until the end of her time. Do not go to this doctor.
