He talked over me. Competent, but could be more personable.
I appreciate Dr Harsh. He has always listened to my concerns and never dismisses them. Being heard is such a hard thing to come by any longer and he is the best at that. He is a very knowledgeable physician and also helps to find resolutions that are thorough and as affordable as they can be. I have always picked insurance plans to stay with his practice because I truly believe he cares about his patients.
Dr. Harsch is very nice and takes time to listen to you.
