Two dealings with this place. Recently Not helpful at all. Manager will not speak to customers who has issues with car bought from them by a family member. On other occasions when looking to buy a car they were very annoying and trying to pressurise- had taken car keys to value car and it was hard to get the keys back from them! Very bad.
Just bought a used fiat 500 x sport from here, completely recommend. Shaun was amazing, so helpful with everything, great at answering any questions, and genuinely cared about the customer experience. Was great with solving a few issues we had and arranging perfect timing to collect the car. Overall just a great experience, and love how friendly and generally knowledgeable he is! Highly recommend!
⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with the Decline in Service Standards Booked my daughter’s Fiat 500 in for an oil service, having previously used Richard Hardie Ashington the year before for service and repair work on the same car.
