The Service staff have been excellent both at the Administration desk and those involved in working on my car have been prompt and between them keeping me informed and offering as much help as they can.

If I could give zero stars that would be better. I took my daughters car in for service, was advised to get the timing belt changed. Total service and timing belt £650. Following on I started noticing little things like the heater control knobs clicking which turned out to be no pollen filter (should be sorted from service)Then the engine light was flickering. Took car to local garage, they found the HT leads resting on the engine and melting, paid to replace the ignition coil, HT leads etc. Engine light still flickering int... read more

My annual service was carried out on my fiat 500 here. It was easy to book and it was completed quickly. The only negative was that it was not washed or valeted as expected by a dealership garage.

Johnny was absolutely perfect. He was very patient and very helpful when things weren’t going our way. Made the whole process so much easier and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. 10/10 customer service and I will definitely be back.
