I have used Rich for many issues over the past 25 years. He is always personal, friendly and while he may be busy, answers my questions and gives me guidance. He has done many of my closings for RE as well.
Hired Richard Raphael for my family matter. Biggest mistake! He turned out to be a complete shyster. He offered me a fixed rate for ALL matters up until trial. Instead of living up to his obligations and honoring the contract, rather, he would consistently hem and haw as there were matters that had come up and he demanded I pay him thousands more.
