I LOVE Dr and Mrs. Kyi, my first encounter with Dr. Kyi was when my son was alive, he was a special needs child and he received the most gentle care. Most of the time, my baby would be quite rigid, but not with Dr. Kyi, he would completely relax with him. When my daughter was born, there was no question who her boctor would be. The way they interact with the kids is so refreshing. We are relocating to Houston soon. I hope I find a physician there with the same bedside manner as Dr. Kyi.

Dr. Kyi is an amazing pediatrician. If it wasn't for him, I would go somewhere else. The office staff is rude and not professional at all. The main receptionist that answers the phone is not nice and hangs up before the conversation is finished. He needs to get rid of the current office staff and get better help - someone that is understanding and patient!
