I’ve had nothing but incredibly positive experiences with Dr. Greenspun and his staff. He / they took me in almost immediately when I was being given the runaround and a 5-6 month wait time by the physician I had been assigned to, and was always kind, empathetic, and patient with me despite his demanding schedule and my talkative nature. Terrible. Explained current concerns and issues I’ve been having, and instead of hearing me out and working with me to create a plan, insisted I’m having psychiatric problems, when I’ve never had depression or anxiety. Said all of my problems were “in my head”. Wasn’t willing to work with me, or refer me to where I needed to go. Insisted on pushing Zoloft, despite side effects from the medication. Listen, people. I manage a Cleaning Business with my husband. And I know how reviews are very important. With that comes- people that get upset for no reason and start venting unnecessary feedback. Excellent physician. Listens well and is very logical in his explanations.
On March 22, 2017, I saw Dr. Greenspun for an annual physical, which was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance, Oscar Health Plan of CA. The service provided by the doctor seemed standard; however, I learned later (see below) that the doctor ordered a non-standard blood test (for vitamin D levels) which wasn't covered by my insurance without informing me the test was not covered or offering me the option not to have the test done.
