if you love to wait…. Like an hour after your appointment time then this is the Dr for you.
Absolutely horrible care. Dyckman is always late. This time after an hour, I was told he was seeing the 1st person! I had enough. I spoke with a very nice head nurse who was "sorry" but basically said Dyckman is retiring, and the nurses or anyone else in the office are unable to get him to start his shift on time. She tried to get me to switch to another doctor. I asked her if No One can get this doctor to follow any rules who's going to get the next one to follow the rules? Excellent Doctors and Staff
Dr Dykman is thorough and explains everything, answers all questions, even the ones that seem trivial. Very prompt- have not had to wait long to be seen, which is important to me. Dr D is knowlegable- I have asked questions abourt things I have read and he does not brush it off- willing to discuss things. Refills on scrips done without having to call. A good, local practice for my needs.
