Incredibly negligent. Prescribed an infusion medication with no follow up or blood work (even after telling a nurse of adverse side effects). Finally had enough liver pain to get checked by GP and found liver enzymes were through the roof. People this careless with other’s wellbeing should not be doctors. Shame on you and your negligent staff. This doctor could kill you. Stay away!
my final bill for the procedure was higher than their good faith estimate. the billing department could not give ANY reasonable explanation as to why and just said pay it. no additional procedures or biopsies were done, they just told me what I should expect to pay, and when the bill came it was drastically different. cannot recommend a provider that tells you what you should be paying than gives you a bill for a higher amount for no apparent reason other than them thinking they can.
Excellent bedside manner and really good explanations of all results.
The best service and professionalism was demonstrated by Dr. Buckner while I received treatments four times.
