I was referred in March it's JULY. I was re-referred in June. I have called and left many voice-mails since June to only now get a call back now to be REJECTED. Apparently he "doesn't have time to review every case" and its my responsibility to get more information from my primary Doctor's office because office to office can't talk to eachother. My wife waited for 3 months on a referral that was sent to his office with no calls back, no responses, after dozens of calls and voicemails we left to finally get a call back and reject her referral. Months!!! For a rejection. Not even the decency to have a chat. If he doesn't care enough to even have a conversation can't imagine what it would be like being a patient.
Bad service. Schedule an appointment and a wee later they call back saying they refuse to see me.
Ridiculous. I asked him why I needed to get into a gown and he said to check my skin. I could decline, of course but the assessment would be inconclusive. I did. He didn't check my skin. He checked range of motion, joints, strength. There was nothing that couldn't have been done fully clothed. There is absolutely no logical or valid reason to get undressed for him. That is absurd.
