My personal experience with this office has not been a good one. I really like Dr. Gilbert as a person, but unfortunately, his practice and methods of running his business are questionable. His office manager, Gaylia, runs the show there. She is unprofessional, rude, and does not look out for his patients best interest. You will not be able to get a hold of Dr. Gilbert and when she feels overwhelmed with her workload she takes it out on his patients. Dr. Gilbert is the best, here's why. He is knowledgeable about natural alternatives for treatment of psychiatric issues and will try those before he resorts to pharmaceuticals IF he thinks that is appropriate. He is kind. I feel like he cares about me. I feel important to the office staff and like an equal, not like a patient. I trust him completely.

Whenever I see them, they make me feel like I'm their only client. I've always felt very respected. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered.
