poor customer service myhusband bought material there for 1500 dollars kept it for 5 days then called because we cant use the material due to ledge. genest told us they would onlty give us 350 dollars because we dont want it just sitting on our lawn. then today told they would give us 800 we understand restocking fees etc but this is poor service
