Fue una mala experiencia por el simple hecho de no hablar inglés Me dejaron esperar más de lo esperado me llevaron a un cubículo y pasó el tiempo y nunca llegó el susodicho Medicucho. Discriminada y tratada como ignorante, aver individuos anormales en esta vida. Staff and Dr. Urso and medical assistant were wonderful. Patient and very informative. The only issue which wasn’t too much of a problem was we waited one hour before getting in.
I have been a patient of Dr. Urso for almost 30 years. He is the best! He truly cares about his patients and I trust him completely. His assistant is great also as well as the rest of his team. I highly recommend Dr. Urso and Houston Eye Associates!
Dr. Urso is very professional & his staff is great. Waiting to see the doctor is the only con.
