Girl who works mornings is an absolute sweetheart
Worst experience with day camp communication. Brooke never calls you back, then if you ask to speak to the executive director the front desk says...Chris, doesn't handle calls or complaints. What! The kid at the front desk is absolutely clueless about daycamp, he didnt know they were at the park for pick up. I attempted to switch my daycamp 3 days for the week from M/W/F which was paid in full to W/T/F bc i was sick and again same kid at front desk said no. Great place good staff
Signed up with family income, payed for half a month was not given a policy packet or anything at the time of sign up payed for half a month was not told about autopayments or that the card would be kept on file for autopay, I didn't approve for autopay because I wasn't told about nor had a policy book or was told, I was charged a late fee ontop of my payment (i dont keep alot of money on that card or i would of used a different if i was told!
