5 major errors in my appraisal. I do not recommend. This affected the home value greatly. Avoid this company.
Hired this company to provide an appraisal on our home. Four local Realtors told us we could sell it for much more than their appraised value. We should have listened because after having the home listed at the higher price for 2 years, we finally sold it for almost exactly what they appraised it for.
